  • Each week, you’ll spend around 1.5 hours in group meetings, which include lessons, exercises, and reflection. The work you put in outside of weekly meetings is up to you.

  • Absolutely! You’ll have access to a community where you can share your experiences, ask questions, and get support from others who are on the same journey. Plus, there’s ongoing guidance from the program facilitator.
