This is an opportunity to ask any questions about the program and the approach.

The initial meeting begins to deepen the relationships between client and practitioner. Rapport building will be an ongoing process between the client and the practitioner to ensure your needs are being met.
We will discuss your goals for the program. These goals may be adapted throughout the program to accommodate your growth and current needs.

The weekly 1:1 meetings will be client-led self-exploration that leads to experiential and relational insight.
Clients will have the opportunity to explore their current challenges and redefine “self” to support attaining personal goals.
Processing challenging early lived experiences and traumatic experiences with trust, compassion, and honesty to integrate the unintegrated experiences
Developing awareness of parts and their attachment defenses. Integration of these parts to move towards secure attachments where you feel safe, seen, and soothed.
Developing awareness around the manifestation of negative thoughts, somatic feelings, emotions, and behaviors from trauma.
Develop the skills to regulate emotions and move from fight/flight/freeze/collapse into a parasympathetic state.
Understanding of Parallel Distributed Processing and integrating top-down processing with bottom-up processing.
