ARE YOU SEEKING HELP WITH…

Adverse childhood experiences and traumatic events can leave us feeling helpless, hopeless, sad, angry, and fearful that lead to relief seeking behaviors such as addiction.

ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, OR ADDICTION

Having difficulty controlling emotions or becoming easily overwhelmed may be a result of past trauma. Emotional dysregulation is a long term impact of trauma.

DIFFICULTY REGULATING EMOTIONS

RELATIONSHIP DIFFICULTIES

Do you find yourself experiencing patterns of conflict in relationships or are struggling to maintain meaningful relationships? Do you find yourself anxious or avoidant during interpersonal conflict?

HYPERVIGILANCE

An overactive nervous system may leave you in a state of fight, flight, freeze, or collapse. Do you have difficulty focusing or completing tasks? Are you easily startled? Are you hypersensitive to your environment or other peoples energy?

NEGATIVE SELF VIEW & HARSH INNER CRITIC

Do you struggle with judging yourself negatively? Do you struggle with feeling worthless, weak, bad, or usesless? Shame is commonly the result of emotional abuse, physical abuse, verbal abuse, sexual abuse, or spiritual abuse. Shame can also arise from fear of being stigmatized.
