Do you struggle with judging yourself negatively? Do you struggle with feeling worthless, weak, bad, or usesless? Shame is commonly the result of emotional abuse, physical abuse, verbal abuse, sexual abuse, or spiritual abuse. Shame can also arise from fear of being stigmatized.
